Giselle was enthralled with live theatre at an early age. She was five years old when she went with her Kindergarten class to see Drury Lane Oak Brook’s production of CHARLOTTE'S WEBB. Not long after the curtain rose, she leaned over to her mother, tapped her on the shoulder and said, “Hey! I want to do that!”
Giselle began acting professionally at the age of ten at American Girl Place Theatre and has performed Off-Broadway, worked with Broadway In Chicago, Emerald City Theatre, Drury Lane Oak Brook, Theatre Hikes, Theatre Building, Explore Theatre, NightBlue Performing Arts Company, ArtoCarpus and toured the country with Griffin Theatre Company. Her talents extend beyond the stage; she was featured in the National Geographic film MADNESS IN THE WHITE CITY and a lead character in THE DREAMERS, a two season, twenty-four episode web series. Giselle has also been an Emerald City Theatre School acting teacher. Giselle earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Chicago College of Performing Arts Theatre Conservatory at Roosevelt University. She has also trained at Circle In The Square Theatre School in New York City as well as Second City Training Center in Chicago. Giselle is currently represented by Shirley Hamilton Talent. When Giselle is not performing/auditioning/training, she enjoys yoga, biking, snowboarding, figure skating, being outdoors, hiking, photography, scrapbooking, reading and baking. |
